What is Anisotropic Conductive Sheet (ACS)?

23µm diameter metal pins are embedded into a silicone rubber matrix via proprietary techniques.

50µm spacing with each individual pin, provides a conductive path along the vertical axis while remaining insulated from adjacent pins.

ACS is easy to use with ic test socket, module test socket, and other electronic product test socket.

Simplify test fixture design and eliminate the cost to repair and replace pogo-pins.

Minimum 23µm diameter metal pins are embedded into a silicone rubber matrix via proprietary techniques.

Minimum pitch is 50µm embed spacing. Each individual pin provides a conductive path along the vertical axis while remaining insulated from adjacent pins.
